The Foundation has already published 10 reports summarizing the annual results of our Civic Court Monitoring program. Each report contains not only statistical\u00a0 data, but also numerous examples of both good and bad judicial practices. Thanks to these reports, Polish judges have, for the first time ever, received comprehensive feedback on how their work is perceived by an ordinary citizen.

Since the Foundation\u2019s reports are based on observational data that comes from people who are unrelated to the parties of the cases that are being adjudicated, and have no interest in how a given case is resolved, the reports can reliably and impartially assess the work of judges.<\/p>

These reports reach the desks of all court presidents in Poland. But the Foundation does not cease in its efforts to also reach the courts directly. Meetings, training sessions, conferences and workshops for judges of all levels of seniority are equally important.<\/p>
