The project is funded by the European Union under the European Social Fund Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development for the period 2014-2020.<\/p>\n<p>It is a synergistic project of two watchdog organizations in Poland consisting in the creation of a modern tool processing public data provided by the Official Journals and court data and conducting monitoring for a period of one year. The otwartepanstwo.pl service will aggregate hard-to-reach data provided by individual public administrations in the Official Journals online.
