In addition, we give opinions on draft legislation that may affect the functioning of the judiciary, and we are also carrying out measures to promote the use of restorative justice and non-cudiciment penalties.<\/p>\n<p>As part of institutional development, we plan to focus on the ability to raise funds for statutory activities from individual and business donors and to communicate and promote our activities in the media.<\/p>\n<p>This year&#39;s activities under the Citizens&#39; Court Monitoring programme are funded in half by a grant received from the Foundation for The Holy See. and half depend on the support of other donors.
