The project consisted of involving ordinary citizens in the role of observers of the work of the courts and using the data collected by them to prepare reports and recommendations for the courts. The project carried out 50 training courses during which 1098 (so many in the system as people who agreed to cooperate; the report reports that 571 observers have made observations) have been trained to act as observers of hearings. 571 volunteers made 5,256 observations in 175 courts.  This was the record number of people involved, as well as the number of courts they reached, out of all the cycles of civil court monitoring carried out so far.<br \/>\nOn the basis of this data and in cooperation with the most active volunteers, the Foundation prepared local reports and a nationwide report. The reports formed the basis of advocacy activities, i.e. dissemination of results and recommendations to judges and other stakeholders.
