The project is funded by the European Union under the European Social Fund Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development for the period 2014-2020.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The project will consist in providing the necessary tools, preparing staff and carrying out monitoring of the right to court in Poland in the period 2019-2020, that is, after the planned changes in the procedures and regime of the ordinary courts for 2018.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The project will design and implement 4 tools to monitor different aspects of the court&#39;s operation. It will ensure that the system adapts to the changing structure and rules of the courts.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring of the law will be carried out in 4 key areas: insolvency law, procedural justice at hearings, the actions of the National Court Register and competitions for vacant judicial posts.<\/li>\n<li>The competences of the Beneficiaries&#39; co-workers will be strengthened through workshops on legal monitoring and participation in the legislative process for volunteers.<\/li>\n<li>The data collected will be analysed, 2 reports published, containing a total of 6 analyses, and their content consulted with the stakeholders of the legislative process on the judiciary.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The aim of the project is to increase the capacity of beneficiaries to analyse the quality of the law and participate in the legislative process and to monitor the right to court at national level using methods and tools, partly used previously and partly produced by the project. The tools are based on the use of data provided by government on-line.
