They do not represent either party, but observe the proceedings with particular regard to the work of the court (judges and court staff) and the way in which the rights of the parties to the proceedings are exercised and how they are treated and under what conditions they are brought before the court. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Every year up to 10,000 people in Poland feel safer, because their trial is observed by volunteers of the Court Watch Poland Foundation engaged in the Citizens&#39; Monitoring of the Courts. The result of their work is the largest database of observations of court hearings in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n[fcwp-map type=&#8221;cities-observers&#8221;]\n\n\n\n<p>Thanks to the acquired knowledge, reports and training programs for judges are created. They give the judges feedback from the public and know what to do so that anyone \u2013 even the loser in the case \u2013 can leave the court building with the belief that they had a fair trial.
