Since the beginning of the dispute over the future of justice, which flared up in Poland in 2017, court proceedings and resulting sentences have been of great importance to society as a whole. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Of particular interest are the proceedings concerning the decisions of the National Council for the Judiciary pending in the Supreme Court and the Supreme Administrative Court. Similarly, disciplinary cases where blaming judges can count on the presence of an audience and media that monitor the integrity of disciplinary proceedings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In defence of the publicity of proceedings before the Disciplinary Chamber of the Supreme Court, the judges themselves were concerned that meetings on the waiver of immunity could take place without the participation of the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
